About Us
Kookaburra Coastline is an Aboriginal-led netball club proudly operating under the Wyong District Netball Association on the Central Coast of NSW, an area home to the highest percentage of Aboriginal people in the state. As the association's second Aboriginal-led club, Kookaburra Coastline provides a dedicated space for the community to connect through netball, celebrate culture, and foster local talent.
Purpose Our purpose is to nurture a passion for netball by providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals of all ages and skill levels can develop their abilities, enjoy the game, and form lifelong friendships.

Net Set Go
NetSetGO is a national program developed by Netball Australia for children aged 5 to 10 years. It is specifically designed to provide them with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of netball, while also encouraging socialisation, teamwork, and active participation in sports.
Junior
Junior netball is all about having fun, learning new skills, and building confidence! Designed for children aged between 10 to 13 years, junior netball introduces young players to the basics of the game in a friendly, supportive environment. From passing and shooting to teamwork and sportsmanship, it's the perfect start to a lifelong passion for netball.
Cadets
Cadet netball is where young talent takes off! Aimed at players aged 14–17, this is the perfect steppingstone between junior and senior competitions. Cadet netball helps teens sharpen their skills, build confidence, and develop teamwork in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Seniors
Senior netball is more than just a game; it's where seasoned skills, strategy, and teamwork come together! Whether you're a returning player, looking to stay active, or wanting to push your limits in a competitive environment, senior netball offers something for everyone. Perfect for building fitness, forming friendships, and embracing the love for the game, senior netball keeps the community connected and inspired.
Mixed
Mixed netball is an exciting, inclusive way for men and women to play together on the same team! This format blends skill, teamwork, and fun, creating a unique experience for players of all levels. Whether you're there to compete or just enjoy some social fitness, mixed netball brings everyone together in a balanced, spirited game.

Lakehaven Bunnings BBQ
This weekend, the Coastline Kookaburras Netball Club hosted a fantastic Bunnings BBQ fundraiser, and what an amazing day it was!

Come Try Netball Afternoon
We hosted our first Coastline Kookaburras Come Try Netball Afternoon! A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, your smiles, energy, and enthusiasm made the event a massive success!

Lakehaven Bunnings Cake Stall
Our Bunnings Cake Stall was a resounding success! The stall was filled with an amazing selection of homemade cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and biscuits. The variety of treats on offer ensured there was something for every sweet tooth, and the support from the community was overwhelming.

Coastline Kookaburras Umpire Conveor
Kiana, our Coastline Kookaburras Umpire Convenor, has received her badge from WDNA as a Representative Umpire! She’ll be taking the court at Junior State in July 2025, congratulations on this incredible achievement!

UNDER 7'S PINK LIGHTING
For many of the girls, this season marks their very first year playing netball. Their teamwork, enthusiasm, and positive attitude were truly inspiring. Watching them come together and support one another on and off the court reminds us why we love this sport. We’re so proud of their progress and can’t wait to see how far they go this season!

Under 10B's Soul Sisters
‘Soul Sisters’ are off to a DEADLY start to the 2025 netball season! These young superstars have been playing together for years, building a strong bond both on and off the court and it shows.

UNDER 12C'S SOARING SERPENTS
The Soaring Serpents were definitely soaring this season! It’s been incredible to witness such a strong team effort, with players showing up each quarter full of energy, smiles, and a love for the game.
For some of our Serpents, this is their very first year playing netball, and they’re absolutely smashing it! Their growth, confidence, and commitment to the team have been nothing short of inspiring.

JUNIOR 4 DEADLY DREAMERS
The Junior Deadly Dreamers had a DEADLY game! In their first season playing together, this team has already shown what determination, dedication, and team spirit can achieve. Their commitment, even going as far as requesting extra training sessions, is truly paying off.
It was incredible to witness their teamwork, positive communication, and unwavering enthusiasm on the court. The way they supported and uplifted one another throughout the game was a true reflection of their growth and connection as a team.

CADET 3 MAGENTA FORCE
Magenta Force have also made a big impact early in the season. This is a team packed with talent and drive, and they continue to impress us with their game sense, communication, and smooth ball movement. They’re a team that plays with heart, and they’re building a strong foundation for an exciting season ahead.

To place an order, please reach out to us at coastlinekookaburras@gmail.com. Once payment is received in full, your order will be processed. We will notify you as soon as your gear arrives. A sizing guide and payment details will be provided upon request.
Training will be held at Barker Park, Wyong. The specific date and time will be provided by your team manager or coach.
Registration opens in January each year, and you can register through Player HQ. Please keep an eye on our social media accounts for further updates and detailed instructions. If you are a new player and need assistance navigating the registration process, don’t hesitate to contact the club for support.
Thanks to the generosity of our incredible sponsors, players will not be required to provide their own gear. Each coach will be supplied with a bag containing essential items, including balls, training and playing bibs, first aid kit, nail kit, scorebooks, pens, Player of the Week trophy, whistles, and cones.
